Whipped Eggs With What You Care To Have In It

Including Tomatoes, Sweet Peppers, Green Onions, Mushrooms, Green Chilis, Ham, And Your Choice Of Swiss Or American Cheeses.


Two Carving Stations

One Serving Chorizo-Stuffed Flank Steak With A Tarragon Brown Sauce And The Other A Turkey Breast Carving Station With Gravy.


Main Entrees Will Include:

Make Your Own Beef Fajitas Seasoned Beef Strips Served With Roasted Vegetables And Warm Tortillas. Sour Cream, Guacamole, Salsa. Vegetable Quiche. Stuffed Cabbage Rolls With Beef.


We Will Have A Juice And A Coffee Bar.


Salads Will Include:

Cucumber Dill Salad, Vegetable Rotini Salad, Shrimp Pasta Salad, Sweet Pea And Cheddar Cheese Salad, Fresh Fruit Salad, Pickled Beets With Onions, And A Fruit Cocktail Fluff Salad.
